How it Works
It’s all very simple, OzInvest contract to become the primary tenant. We are responsible for covering the rent whatever the circumstances.
All you need to know is that without fail on the 10th day of every month for 10 years a rent cheque for the market rental value of your property will be deposited in your bank account.
How Much Does it Cost?
All it costs for your complete peace of mind is a flat fee of $15 pw + GST.
As it’s a flat fee, it reduces as a percentage as your rental income increase over time.
We’ve designed the program in such a way that it’s all in your favour. You can opt out of the program at any time without penalty. This gives you total flexibility, so should you wish to sell the property or even move in yourself then you're completely free to do so.
We however have no such option, we’re contracted to cover every single cent of your rental income at the market rate for the full 10 year term.
